- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I never write reviews but in this case I had to. We have used Carr, Riggs, and Ingram for years for both personal and corporate taxes. No more. The fees have TRIPLED within a two year time period (and they were already high before)... a single tax return will easily cost you $1200 at minimum for a small company (far more if you have a medium/large sized business or multiple businesses, or if you want to also have your personal income taxes done with your corporate). Basic advice, which used to not be formally billed and simply included in the overall conversation about taxes, is now $125 per 30 minutes (even if it is a 5 minute conversation they will charge you for 30). To top it all off we were unhappy with the work they did and had to use another CPA to fix their mistakes, which saved us a considerable amount of money compared to if we had just filed what CRI gave us. Literally every single other business owner I know that has been using CRI has told me they will not be using them again.By megatropolisx megatropolisx, May 03, 2017
