  I thought living in North Carolina trying to get documents served and notarized in Florida was going to be next to impossible. I contacted Capital Solutions Legal Services and spoke with Mr. Kimrey. He guided me in the steps I needed to take to get this done. When I sent him the information, he immediately took action and gave me status updates. He was in constant communication with me by phone and email. He was able to do what I thought was impossible with no address or phone number. He was in constant communications with me until the papers were served and signed…all within three days. The original was put in the mail to me on the same day on a weekend! You cannot go wrong using Capital Solutions Legal Services. This is a professional experienced organization at an affordable fee for their services. I cannot thank Mr. Kimrey enough for his assistance.

Bob Kimrey not only located an individual, but after the individual attempted to avoid service using certain technological advances, Mr. Kimrey recognized his efforts and tactfully convinced the individual to willingly accept service. His assertiveness gets the job done. We are continuously impressed with his professional skills that he will be the first call any time we are in need of a process server in his area.
